Job Description

Job description Renal and Transplant Associates of the Northeast (RTANE) is a leader in the treatment and management of various forms of kidney disorders. Our group is seeking a full time NP or PA to practice under the direction of our skilled nephrologists in our Western, Ma locations. As a valued addition to our team you would work under the supervision of the physician, but may work independently, consulting with physicians when necessary. You should have experience in all areas of medicine but may specialize in primary care, acute care and chronic care practices preferred. To be successful, you should be formally educated to examine patients, diagnose, and provide treatment. You should demonstrate strong attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physician Assistant Responsibilities:
Interviewing, examining, and diagnosing patients' illnesses. Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. Prescribing medications and suggesting lifestyle changes. Reviewing and maintaining patients' medical histories and records and recording patients' progress. Providing documentation for insurance companies. Educating and counseling patients and their families Rounding on
Dialysis Patients Requirements:
A master's degree in physician assistant or Nursing Practice Clinical training experience A state license for Massachusetts A DEA and MA Controlled Substance Certificate Strong analytical and technical skills. Detail oriented with good problem-solving skills. Excellent team working, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to treat patients with compassion and empathy.
