Role:

Join Waterbell Home Care and Nursing Staff in Watertown, MA, as a CNA Home HealthCare Aid (HHA) and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who are eager to provide personalized care and support in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Administer medications and monitor health status under the supervision of nursing staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed. Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements:

Current CNA certification and/or HHA license in Massachusetts. Previous experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts. Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care procedures. Background check and reference verification required.
