Assisted Living - CNA (or CNA/CMT) - 7 to 3 Part Time

We are seeking a caring, personable CNA (required) or dually certified CNA/CMT to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting our elderly residents at Springwell. We have a Part-Time opening on our 7a to 3p shift. Please submit your resume for consideration . ( Note - both positions require every other weekend). Springwell Senior Living Community is a provider of full-service Independent Living, Traditional Assisted Living, and Memory Care Assisted Living located on a beautiful 15 acre campus in historic Mount Washington, close to the Baltimore City/County line. We currently offer 99 Independent Living residences, 101 Assisted Living and 37 Memory Care residences. Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Administer medications (if a Certified Med Tech)
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
