Key Responsibilities Patient Care:

Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, mobility) and provide specialized care for memory or behavioral health impairments.

Clinical Support:

Monitor vitals, administer supervised medications, and assist with procedures using proper infection control.

Safety & Transfers:

Safely operate patient lifts (e.g., Hoyer lifts) for transfers and positioning.

Documentation:

Accurately log patient information using EMR/EHR systems (Cerner, eClinicalWorks) in strict compliance with HIPAA. Key Qualifications Proven experience in healthcare settings (hospitals, long-term care, or home care). Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control, and basic life support. Competence in clinical tasks (vitals, catheter care, phlebotomy). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams.
