Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Administer medications and monitor client health as directed by healthcare professionals. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the supervising nurse. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times. Assist with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members. Participate in training and professional development opportunities as required.

Requirements:

Current CNA, GNA, or HHA certification in Maryland. Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and health care practices. Background check and drug screening required.
