• $16•17/hr Duration•8 weeks•10 weeks, with high possibility of extension 40hrs/week Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices.

Monitor and record vital signs, observe changes in health status, and communicate findings to nursing staff promptly. Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols. Provide specialized dementia and Alzheimer's care, implementing memory care strategies to promote comfort and engagement. Maintain aseptic technique during procedures such as catheter care, wound care, and infection control practices. Document patient information accurately within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in acute care, sub-acute, outpatient clinics, or home & community care settings to deliver holistic patient service.
