Full-time Position:
Allergy Technician (CMA or CNA) We are a growing allergy services company partnering with physician offices nationwide. We are seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support allergy services in a local physician office. Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience required; Allergy experience is preferred but not required. This role offers a collaborative work environment with two weeks of paid on-site training. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site allergy testing and support patients throughout immunotherapy treatment Perform medical assistant duties, including insurance verification and patient documentation Upload patient and clinic information into electronic medical records (EMR) Contact patients to confirm and remind them of appointments Educate patients on allergy injections, protocols, and symptom management Maintain exam rooms and order medical and office supplies Work independently with ongoing training and corporate support Requirements Current certification as a CMA or CNA Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with basic computer applications and EMR systems Excellent communication skills with patients and providers Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently Professional, ethical, and detail-oriented with a commitment to quality patient care Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on education and experience. Eligibility for performance- based bonuses.
