Job Description

AngleZ Behavioral Health Services is looking to hire a highly motivated, experienced and passionate individual to lead our Adult Behavioral Health Home team! Job Summary The Clinical Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a clinical team, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff performance. This role provides clinical leadership, supports team development, coordinates patient services, and collaborates with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to achieve organizational goals. The Clinical Team Lead responsibilities include assessments, diagnosing, recommendation of treatment needs, and ongoing therapy to patients in all age ranges. The development of a therapy focused treatment plan is required to be developed in the first 30 days of treatment progress and review each quarter following. This position requirements include ethe development of a crisis plan. Each contact with a client will be clearly documented for the client's clinical chart and maintained by the clinician. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Provide clinical supervision and guidance to the Behavioral Health Home Team (BHHO Team). Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Support clinical decision-making and problem resolution. Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives. Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop members of the BHHO Team. Conduct Behavioral Health Home team and individual supervisions. Assist with onboarding, and training of new employees. Support team members in client crisis situations. Quality and Compliance Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and clinical standards. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records. Participate in audits. Identify and mitigate clinical risks. Oversee and sign off on all treatment plans and comprehensive assessments for BBHO team. Operational Management Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and administrative staff. Support implementation of new clinical programs and procedures. Direct Client Care Conduct assessments for patients across all age ranges. Diagnose clinical conditions and identify treatment needs. Provide ongoing therapy services to patients. Develop a therapy-focused treatment plan within the first 30 days of treatment. Review and update treatment plans quarterly thereafter. Develop crisis plans for clients as needed. Clearly document each client contact in the clinical chart. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $66,500.00 per year
