The Elizabeth Levinson Center (ELC) is UCP of Maine's 14 bed Intermediate Care Facility. Which means low staff to Resident ratio's . At ELC you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills by not only supporting residents with their medical and intellectual disabilities, but most importantly helping them reach their highest level of independence and potential. Starting hourly wage $19.04 - wage is based by experience $500 for Per Diem Referral Bonus for employees who refer friends that result in fulfillment of a CNA position Shift differential $7 per hour on weeknights. $9 per hour on weekends In Addition to the Financial Benefits Enjoy a fun and rewarding work environment where you'll be supported by your supervisors and peers Low CNA to Resident Ratios (2:1 and 3:1) Full Time CNAs can access a wide array of benefits options Holiday & Vacation Pay for Full Time AND Part Time CNAs Apply Today! Valid State of Maine driver license. High School Diploma/GED. Demonstrated ability to support people with disabilities. State of Maine Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification. Blood borne Pathogens training, First Aid/CPR certification.
