In this energetic role, you will assist with the care, stocking, and merchandising of nursery stock and greenhouse plants, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers and wholesale partners. Your enthusiasm for horticulture and customer service will help create a welcoming environment where plant lovers and professionals alike can find everything they need to cultivate their landscapes. Duties Assist with the daily care of greenhouse and nursery plants, including watering, pruning, and pest management to maintain healthy stock. Support existing staff in daily tasks throughout the nursery. Assist in loading and unloading trucks. Weed whacking and other yard maintenance tasks! Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about plants, gardening techniques, and product recommendations . Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse/nursery area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with e-commerce order fulfillment by preparing plant orders for delivery or pickup while adhering to quality standards. Experience Previous experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members. A passion for plants, gardening, or horticulture combined with a proactive attitude will help you thrive in this role.
