Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) with CNA or PSS certification to join our team for full-time overnight shifts. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality medication administration and resident care within a supportive residential setting. Your expertise will ensure that individuals receive personalized attention, medication management, and assistance with daily activities during overnight hours. Responsibilities Administer medications accurately and safely according to established protocols and medical documentation standards. Assist residents or patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary. Monitor vital signs and observe for changes in health status, reporting any concerns promptly to nursing staff or supervisors. Support residents with dementia or memory care needs by implementing specialized care plans tailored to individual requirements. Ensure a safe environment by adhering to HIPAA regulations, safety protocols, and emergency procedures during overnight shifts. Ensure facility is clean, sanitized, and ready for morning operations. Requirements Certification as a CRMA or equivalent qualification is required. Certification as a CNA or PSS is required. Experience in home community care or assisted living settings is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and physiology is essential. Familiarity with dementia care practices is highly desirable. Ability to administer medications accurately and safely. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving. Must be able to work overnight shifts.
