Hours:

9:00 AM - 5:30 PM + Includes every other weekend Activities Aide Responsibilities + Assist with planning, organizing, and leading daily activities and programs for residents + Encourage resident participation and engagement + Support activities including games, crafts, music, exercise, community outings, and special events + Provide one-on-one interaction with residents as needed + Transport residents to and from activities when necessary + Maintain activity supplies and assist with decorating for holidays and events + Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other departments to ensure residents' needs are met + Document participation and attendance as required Activities Aide Qualifications + Active CNA certification required + Compassionate, patient, and dependable + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Experience in long-term care, assisted living, recreation, or activities preferred, but not required What We Offer + Full-time benefits package + Supportive team environment + Opportunities for growth and development + Meaningful work that makes a difference every day Apply today and become part of a team dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents!
