CRMAs are assigned to our Residential Care area. Position Summary The CRMA /Personal Support Specialist ( PSS ) is responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents in a residential care setting. This role includes administering medications as a Certified Residential Medication Aide ( CRMA ) and assisting residents with activities of daily living as a PSS . The

CRMA / PSS

works as part of a team to ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment while promoting resident dignity, independence, and well-being. Key Responsibilities Medication Administration ( CRMA Duties):

• Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with state regulations and facility policies
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and potential side effects
• Maintain accurate medication administration records (MARs)
• Communicate any concerns or changes in resident condition to nursing staff Personal Care & Support ( PSS Duties):
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding when required
• Provide companionship and emotional support Requirements
• Candidates must possess a dual certification, including a current 40-hour CRMA and PSS or CNA
• Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, residents, families, and supervisors
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Basic computer skills

Shift Available:

Overnight shift:

• 32/24 rotating schedule (every other week lighter hours)
• OR steady 32 hours/week if you're available every
