Evening CNA Instructor-RN

Responsibilities:

• Instructing CNA students in both lecture and laboratory settings
• Providing guidance and support to students throughout their training.
• Ensuring the curriculum is followed and effectively taught.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback

Skills:

• Nursing experience or education background required
• Experience working with students or in a teaching capacity
• Knowledge of care of the older adult is a MUST
• Strong documentation review skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with Program Coordinator and other instructors.
• Familiarity with classroom settings and teaching methodologies
