CNA - 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)Full-Time & Part-Time Available |
Every Other Weekend RequiredPay:
$16.25 - $19.65 per hour Chesaning Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 39-bed skilled nursing facility seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to consistent resident care. This is a stable long-term care CNA position in a small, team-oriented environment where staff are able to build meaningful relationships with residents and coworkers.
Position Details Shift:
1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
Schedule:
Rotating 4-week schedule Every other weekend required Full-time and part-time positions available Small 39-bed skilled nursing / long-term care facility What We're Looking For We are seeking CNAs who are reliable, resident-focused, and able to consistently work their scheduled shifts. Attendance and dependability are essential, as our residents rely on familiar caregivers. Applicants should be prepared for the expectations of a skilled nursing facility CNA role, including consistent teamwork, communication, and resident-centered care. Required Qualifications Active CNA certification (Michigan) Ability to reliably work assigned schedule including every other weekend Strong communication and teamwork skills Updated resume required for consideration Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (new CNAs welcome) Responsibilities Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning Monitor and report changes in resident condition Provide compassionate, dignified, resident-centered care Accurately document care provided Work collaboratively with nursing staff and the care team Why Join Our Team Small 39-bed facility Opportunity to build real relationships with residents Stable resident assignments when possible Supportive, visible leadership team Meaningful work where your care makes a daily impact Important Information Dependability is critical in this role.
