Home Health Aide/CNA - Weekly Pay

Centria Healthcare is looking to hire caring, professional, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides to join our team, in L'Anse MI.

Our hiring requirements include:

CPR, TB, and a Valid Driver's License. Flexible schedule and weekly pay! Client care duties include ADLs, supervision, accompaniment to appointments, transportation and light cleaning.

Responsibilities:

Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care Monitor patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise Observe the client's physical, mental, and emotional conditions/ document and record changes in the patient condition Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment Assist with daily living activities, such as dressing or taking a bath Adhere to professional standards, facility care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements

Skill Requirements:

Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to utilize computers/tablets and computer software Strong patient service skills Attention to detail and ability to carefully follow protocols and rules regarding the patient's care Ability to address minor medical issues Documentation requirements: Valid Driver's License Valid CPR Certification Background Check Negative TB test results

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
