Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide weekend care for our clients in Muskegon. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring memory care, dementia support, and hospice assistance. Responsibilities Provide attentive patient observation to monitor health status and respond promptly to changes. Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Document medical information accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition for clients with special dietary needs. Operate mobility aids such as Hoyer lifts safely and effectively to prevent injury. Maintain a clean, safe environment through regular cleaning and laundry duties as part of comprehensive home care services. Qualifications Valid CNA certification with current licensure in the state of employment. Prior experience in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health environments preferred. Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's support, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
