QUALIFICATIONS
Current MN RN, LPN, or CMA licensure Previous clinic experience preferred Proficient computer skills with electronic health record experience preferred Excellent customer service skills Basic knowledge of medical terminology
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Room and assess patients, anticipating appropriate preparation of the patient for the physician visit. Assist the physician with procedures, treatments and charting as necessary. Document vitals, medications, minor surgeries and procedures as well as essential notes in the patient's medical record according to clinic policy. Facilitate communication between patient and physician and provide general clinic information in a professional manner. Utilize excellent customer service skills in order to positively impact the experience of care for our patients, their families and other service partners.
Special Skills and Aptitudes:
Effective listening, observational, reporting, documentation and communication skills. Exemplifies self-direction with good organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast paced clinic. Ability to adapt resources to the needs of the situation.

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
