Nurse Aide

In this position you will work as part of the facility team to ensure quality and safe delivery of care to residents including personal cares and socialization while encouraging each resident to function at their optimum level of independence and personal satisfaction. Job duties include but are not limited to: Resident care: Assisting residents with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Mobility:

Helping residents get in and out of bed, move around, and use wheelchairs.

Meals:

Serving meals and helping residents eat.

Vital signs:

Monitoring and reporting vital signs, and notifying staff of any changes.

Communication:

Documenting resident care.

Supplies:

Changing bed sheets and restocking rooms with needed supplies.
