JOB DESCRIPTION A

Nursing Assistant supports patient care needs by performing delegated patient care and non-patient care tasks. Responsible for assisting patient care team in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established policies and procedures and unit standards to provide quality patient care. Patients cared for range in age from newborn through adolescence. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with coworkers.

Schedule:

Part-time | 32-40 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Day shift | Working hours between 8am-5pm | Working every Wednesday and 1-2 other days a week

Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay begins at $17.40 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience.

Pay range:

$15.74 - $23.62 per hour Casual benefits available: Casual PTO plan, wellness reward points, 401(K), employee assistance plan and employee discounts!

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Experience as a Nursing Assistant (NA), Patient Care Assistant (PCA), or Health/Hospice Aide preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required, it can be obtained upon hire.
