Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, and transfers. Support resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence. Help residents with evening routines and overnight care needs. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Observe and communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership team members to provide exceptional care.
