Oak Terrace Senior Living of Le Sueur is currently seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our care team! We have full-time and part-time opportunities available on our AM and PM (evening) shift. About the Role As a Direct Care Staff Member , you'll work closely with our Charge Nurse and on-site RNs to provide personalized, hands-on care to our residents. Your role is vital in supporting their daily routines, promoting dignity, and helping them live with comfort and purpose.

Key responsibilities include:
