Stepping Stone Home Health Care- Overnight Full Time or Part Time CNA/ HHA

Job Summary Join our compassionate team as a full-time or part-time CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide), dedicated to providing exceptional services. This position offers an engaging opportunity to work closely with diverse populations, including seniors and those requiring specialized memory or hospice care. Hours 11:00 PM-7:00AM 24-40 hours per week Every third weekend & Every other holiday Responsibilities Provide direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients' conditions, including vital signs and overall well-being, documenting changes accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems Support patients with medication administration following prescribed protocols while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations for privacy and confidentiality Assist with specialized care needs such as catheter care, Alzheimer's and dementia care, hospice support, and memory care routines Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties including laundry and general cleaning in accordance with health standards Document medical records thoroughly and accurately to ensure seamless communication among healthcare team members Collaborate effectively with nursing staff Requirements Valid CNA certification or prior HHA experience in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health settings strongly preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems for documentation Ability to perform patient observation accurately and respond promptly to changing conditions Strong communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to caregiving Ability to work independently while following established protocols and safety guidelines This role is perfect for motivated caregivers eager to make a positive impact through dedicated service.
