Responsibilities Provide excellent care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals while respecting their independence and dignity. Administer medication accurately and in a timely manner, while adhering to all safety precautions. Document residents' activities, progress, and any changes in their conditions as required. Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to create and implement personalized care plans for each resident. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Empathy and compassion for the elderly, with a genuine desire to make a difference in their lives. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
