Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated to join our team in the vibrant <
LOCATION
>. In this role, you will be providing care to the elderly. Administering medications and documentation of, under the direct supervision of a nurse. Caring out Physican orders, monitoring effectiveness of said orders. Responsibilities Administer medications according to physician orders. Documentation of medication administration and effectiveness. Monitor and record vital signs. Communicate with other key staff to provide care. Follow all state regulations in regard to patient care. Skills Strong communication skills, empathy, dependability and detail oriented. Medical Terminology. Provide assistance at an assisted living level care.
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
