KCare was established in 2017 by a Registered Nurse who saw a need for In Home Care help within her community and the surrounding areas. KCare is seeking compassionate, caring individuals who truly enjoy helping others in the privacy of their own homes. As a member of the KCare team you will be: Warm, Friendly and Patient Motivated and Organized Be a strong communicator both verbally and written Detail Oriented with a Reliable Work Ethic Positive in Attitude and Committed to Quality Care At KCare our PCA/Homemaker's care for one to multiple clients at a time within the privacy of the clients' home. As a member of the KCare team your Key Responsibilities are as follows but are not limited to: Providing patients with personal care including bathing assistance, dressing, dietary directed by physician care, Positioning/mobility/transfers, Exercise, etc. Providing light housekeeping including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, laundry, dishes, changing linens, etc. Providing clients with proper dietary requirements with meal planning and preparation, errands for groceries and pharmacy, medication reminders Collaborate with family and healthcare teams to identify, develop and implement possible changes needed in the client care plans. Maintain accurate Documentation of Health Records and patient progress daily Perform basic Life Support and respond to Emergencies as needed Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment while offering companionship, encouragement and attentive client care Adapt to your client and healthcare teams needs with Patience, Professionalism and a
