Longview Chapel Christian Church, Lee's Summit, MO Purpose:
Demonstrate God's love and welcome to "the littles" and their parents by creating a joy-filled, safe and creative learning and growing space for children ages 4 and under to grow in faith. Longview Chapel Christian Church seeks a person of the Christian faith to be our Nursery Attendant. This person will work Sundays from 10:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and may be asked, if available, for other times when needed.
Duties will include:
Providing love and care to infants through 4 year-olds Working with volunteers to provide care when needed Setting up and cleaning up the nursery area Recording information for parents/caregivers and children's allergies and food limitations The qualified candidate will be: A person with a personal Christian spiritual walk Have some experience with children and volunteers Be creative, fun, enthusiastic, organized and conscientious Have strong references Pass a background check Be CPR certified or willing to become certified
