Full-Time Days Aspire Senior Living Moberly is seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator (CMT/CNA) to oversee scheduling and staffing needs within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with experience in healthcare or long-term care settings, ensuring our residents receive consistent and quality care. Staffing Coordinator (CMT/CNA) must be willing to work the floor as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and develop employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts to meet facility standards and resident needs. Address last-minute staffing issues by finding coverage for call-outs and absences promptly. Serve as a liaison between staff and management, addressing any concerns regarding schedules, time-off requests, or shift changes. Ensure staffing levels meet state and federal requirements for long-term care facilities, supporting regulatory compliance. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, overtime, and payroll data. Assist with non-clinical duties as needed, contributing to a positive and safe environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in scheduling or staffing coordination within a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
