Overview Fairmont on Clayton is a 90-bed Senior Living Community located in Richmond Heights, MO. So, do you have what it takes to become part of a team dedicated to enhancing quality of life? General Purpose We are looking for motivated Caregivers who are seeking to become CNAs. Our Caregiver to CNA program allows you to receive on the job training and income all while working toward career growth. Caregivers assist individuals who have difficulty performing basic day-to-day activities, for example, the elderly, disabled persons, or people suffering from chronic or mental disorders. A caregiver's duties include assisting with personal care, and providing companionship.
