The ideal candidate is flexible, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care that promotes independence, dignity, and comfort for our clients.

Pay Rate:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience and assignment) Schedule Every Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (12-hour shifts) We offer consistent and predictable schedules! Key Responsibilities Provide direct, hands-on personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance Mobility support and safe transfers Assist with meal preparation and feeding Monitor client condition and report any changes Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping related to client care Travel to various client homes as needed Deliver care following the Seniors Home Care standards and care plans Qualifications Active CNA certification (preferred) or relevant caregiving experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and adapt quickly Skills & Attributes Compassionate and client-centered mindset Reliable, punctual, and flexible Must be able to work with male and female clients Must be able to work with animals Strong observational and reporting abilities Professional demeanor with high ethical standards Ability to handle varying client needs and environments Physical Requirements Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients (up to 50 lbs., with assistance if needed) Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform caregiving duties for extended periods Additional Requirements Must be comfortable working with both male and female clients Must be comfortable working in homes with pets/animals Why Join Seniors Home Care?
