QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

CNA, LPN OR RN -Must be highly skilled (and able to train Field Staff ) in the following areas: Hoyer Lift, Sit to Stand, Incontinence Care, Gaitbelt, Transferring, Sliding Board, Empty Catheter, Wheelchair/Walker assistance, taking Blood Pressure, Alzheimer/Dimentia behaviors etc.

Additional qualifications:

• Active CNA certification
• Active CPR/First Aid card
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a healthcare setting
• Easily acclimate to any situation and client
• Clean background check
• Negative drug panel results
• Must have a working cell phone, must keep phone with you and charged
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to travel to all territories (Greater St. Louis, MO area)
• Must be willing to work with any client (pets, smokers, advanced transfers, cognitive impairments, hospice, etc.)
• Must arrive to shift within 1 hr. of being contacted
• Must be available to work entire shift
• Must be available by phone 2-3 hours prior to the on-call shift (may be called and asked to start a shift at the time that your on-call shift starts) Proficiency in

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• ADL (Activities of Daily Living) assistance
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Transferring of client
• Personal care
• Possible pet care
• Transportation to errands, outings, and appointments
• Monitor and report both verbally and via care app the client's activities and condition to management
