We are seeking a motivated and dependable Hospitality Aide to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in beginning a healthcare career with a pathway into out Nurse Aide (NA) Program As a Hospitality Aide, you will support residents and nursing staff by assisting with non-clinical duties while gaining valuable experience in a healthcare environment.
Position Summary:
The Hospitality Aide provides support services that enhance resident comfort and assist the care team with daily operations. This role serves as an entry point into our Nurse Aide training pathway.
Career Advancement Opportunity:
Eligible to transition into our Nurse Aide (NA) Program after 90 days of employment Must successfully complete the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program within 120 days of entering the program
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with non-direct care activities and comfort measures Prepare rooms and supplies for resident care Transport residents as directed Support housekeeping and dining functions as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Work collaboratively with nursing staff and team members Follow facility policies and safety standards
Qualifications:
