Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care for our residents at Lake Stockton Long Term Care Facility. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. About the department:

Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility is a 90-bed long term skilled nursing facility. A 30-bed memory care unit meets the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

A typical day includes:

A typical day will include knowing and applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of residents. Prepares residents for meals, serves, and collects food trays and nourishment, and document intakes. Bathes, dresses, and assists resident with personal hygiene including oral hygiene, peri-care, nail care, and hair care along with any other activity of daily living needed. Completes range of motion, positions, and pads residents for proper alignment, comfort, and relief of pressure.
