About the
Role:
Bel Oak of Union is seeking highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients. As a CNA, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring their vital signs, and ensuring their comfort and safety. Your role will be critical in maintaining a positive patient experience and contributing to their overall well-being. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care possible.
Minimum Qualifications:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification High school diploma or equivalent Current CPR certification Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a healthcare setting Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Bilingual in
English and Spanish Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff Ensure patients' comfort and safety at all times Assist with patient mobility and transfers Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
Skills:
As a CNA, you will utilize your strong communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare team members. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be critical in ensuring patients' safety and well-being. You will also utilize your physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients to assist with their mobility and transfers. Additionally, your experience with EMR systems and bilingual proficiency will be beneficial in providing exceptional care to our diverse patient population.
