Pay Rate:

Starting $17hr & up Up to $3hr Shift Differential available! $500 Full-Time Day & Full-Time Night Shift Employee Referral Bonus! Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is a leading long-term care facility dedicated to providing compassionate and quality care to our residents. We are looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA ) to join our team and support our mission to deliver the best possible care to those in need. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA ) will provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring each resident's comfort and dignity. Qualifications:

Must have a valid license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Missouri. Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar environment is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in a team. Ability to lift/move residents as needed, stand/walk for extended periods.
