Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts. Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates, ensuring accurate medical documentation. Provide medication assistance under supervision, adhering to HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques to maintain patient safety. Support residents with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, and behavioral health challenges. Assist in infection control practices by maintaining a clean environment and following protocols for infectious disease care. Experience Previous experience working as a CNA in various healthcare environments is highly preferred. Certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), and state of Mississippi certification are required for this role.
