Job Description

Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our team as RN (Registered Nurse), LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), and CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant). In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care across various settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and home health environments. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed health histories Administer medications and injections following strict aseptic techniques and medical documentation standards Assist with diagnostic procedures such as IV infusions, catheterizations, suturing, and specimen collection/processing Support acute pain management, wound care, ostomy care, and ventilator management for patients with complex needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with HIPAA regulations and NCQA standards Manage patient triage in urgent care or emergency settings, ensuring prompt and accurate evaluation of symptoms Maintain accurate medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems like Cerner or Athenahealth Qualifications Valid RN, LPN, or CNA license in good standing; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) are required Experience working in hospital medicine, critical care (ICU/Trauma Level I & II centers), emergency medicine, or long-term care settings such as nursing homes or memory care units Proficiency with medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and laboratory experience preferred Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems including Cerner or Athenahealth; experience with medical imaging or sonography is a plus Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and efficiently in high-pressure environments such as trauma centers or urgent care clinics Experience working with individuals with disabilities, developmental delays, dementia or Alzheimer's disease is highly valued Excellent communication skills to educate patients on health coaching, medication administration, discharge planning, and family support Join our team today to provide top-tier nursing care that transforms lives!
