Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, including PCA, HHA, and CNA professionals, to provide exceptional in-home and community-based care. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety and comfort across day, night, and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, including seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, or those requiring hospice care. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those needing support with their health and daily routines. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe living environment Support clients during activities to promote independence and enhance quality of life Work closely with healthcare teams to coordinate care plans for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other chronic conditions Follow all safety protocols during patient care activities including CPR certification when applicable Experience 2 years of experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments preferred - no exceptions Experience working with people with developmental disabilities or dementia care is highly desirable CPR certification required; additional certifications such as hospice care or hospice training are advantageous Long-term care experience including hospice or memory care is beneficial Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, or live-in arrangements depending on client needs This role requires caring individuals committed to providing respectful and professional support tailored to each client's unique needs. Applicants should demonstrate patience, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a team environment.
Pay:
$14.00 - $15.25 per hour
