CNA / Bedford Care Center of Picayune

Position:

CNA (Certified Nurse Aide) 8 hour and 12 hour shifts are available. Pay rates will be discussed based on years of experience. For those certified in sister states, assistance is provided to obtain MS certification through reciprocity.

Job Summary:

Provides direct care for Long-Term Care Residents, primarily Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) and other care conducive to Residents' well-being, comfort and safety.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provides care and explanation to the Residents according to the Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) Care Plan Assists with new admits, transfers and discharges Communicates with Nursing Department co-workers and other Departments to meet needs of Residents Answers Residents' Call Lights promptly Recognizes and responds to verbal and non-verbal communication from

Residents Qualifications and Skills:

Must have and maintain current Nurse Aide Certification in good standing with
