Medication Technician/CNA

Now hiring a PRN Med Tech/CNA for 3RD Shift. Weekend flexibility is required. This position is to assist the Administrative/Nursing team by ensuring the very best quality of care is given to each resident who calls our facility home and to assist residents in all daily living as needed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

include, but not limited to: CNA/Med Tech will Attend to everyday needs such as bathing, grooming, toileting, walking, sitting, transferring, etc. CNA/Med Tech will assist in transporting them as needed to/from mealtime, activities, & in-house therapies CNA/Med Tech will learn about each resident, monitor their wellness & communicate/document any changes to the nursing & management team immediately CNA/Med Tech will ensure that all nursing care is provided in privacy and always maintain confidentiality including HIIPA CNA/Med Tech will answer call buttons promptly CNA/Med Tech will ensure that residents receive their medications safely and effectively while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Each Certified Nursing Assistant/ Med Tech shift has a specific list of daily duties that must be completed, documented, and provided to shift management upon completion of the shift.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CNA Certification/ Medication Technician Certificate
• High School Diploma or GED
• Weekend flexibility is required for each position/shift
