Job Description
CRNA Locums - (Montana) Assignment Overview 1 provider needed (will consider 2) Exclusive search with GQR Search currently in initial stages Assignment expected to be approximately 52 weeks with potential extension
Schedule:
Two weeks on / one week off Estimated 40 hours per week Schedule & Call 7:00 AM start time Average first case start: 8:00 AM Autonomous CRNA practice Rotating call during working weeks 20-minute response time for call Sleep room available Weekend call approximately every third weekend No post-call day off

Cerner CRNA-only practice model with 3 CRNA peers Case Mix Orthopedics General Surgery Trauma OB Podiatry Required Skills Epidurals Spinals Peripheral ultrasound-guided blocks Ability to practice autonomously from day one
Requirements Preferred:
2+ years of CRNA experience No malpractice claim history
BLS ACLS PALS
Montana license preferred but not required to start credentialing Credentialing Approximately 30 days with active Montana license Approximately 6 weeks without Montana license Required documents include: Montana CRNA application Government-issued ID State license DEA BLS certification Medical diploma Board certification Current malpractice coverage Updated CV (MM/YYYY format) TB screening COVID vaccination Flu vaccination during flu season Additional facility credentialing forms Interview Process Name clearance Provider profile review Recruiter screening Virtual interview with VP of Clinical Services and/or CEO Selection and assignment confirmation Credentialing initiation
Compensation Pay Rate:
