Schedule Availability:
3rd Shift Part-Time, Every Other Weekend and every other holiday required
Core Responsibilities Include:
Administer medications and assist with wound care Assist with obtaining and processing orders Assessments Check vital signs Coordinate and collaborate alongside an interdisciplinary clinical team to implement and assess a comprehensive plan of care Provide encouragement, emotional support, and communication for residents and their loved ones Provide leadership, guidance, and support to your team Assist with resident care needs Provide appropriate documentation
Position Requirements:
Active North Carolina CNA certification Active North Carolina Adult Medication Aide Certification CPR certified. Employment Details Deerfield is a non-smoking campus Employees must provide proof of
