JOB SUMMARY

The Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA is a key part of our agency. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Provide quality patient personal care with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, transferring/mobility, and meal preparation and feeding necessary to meet the patient's needs for comfort.
• Responsible for observing the patient and reporting observations and documenting them and the care performed.
• Light housework and shopping as needed.
• Ensure excellent communication among staff, residents, and families.
• Meeting safety needs of patient while using equipment
• Providing proper care and observance of patients; skin to prevent breakdown.
• Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
• Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
• Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Successful criminal background check
• Active CNA in North Carolina
• Hospice care experience, preferred
• CPR certified
