We are seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing facility in Amelia, North Carolina. As a CNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our nursing staff to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating. Take and record patient vital signs, lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics. Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse management. Communicate and interact effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors. Assist the nurse with various duties as directed. Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.

Requirements:

Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC. Current/active CPR certification, preferred. Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure. Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
