Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team. Offer companionship and emotional support to residents. Help residents with mobility and physical therapy exercises. Ensure a clean and safe living environment. Qualifications Active CNA certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
