PCA/ CNA

Position Overview Serenity at Heart Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional individuals to join our team as a PCA/CNA. This position is responsible for providing non-skilled, in-home support services that allow clients to remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their homes. We are looking for caregivers who understand that client-centered care, reliability, professionalism, and consistency are essential in home care. Our clients depend on us daily, and we expect our team members to show up prepared, communicate professionally, and provide care with dignity and respect. Primary Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing Grooming Dressing Toileting Hygiene assistance Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping related to client care Monitor and report changes in the client's condition, behavior, or environment to agency management Follow individualized care plans and agency policies Complete accurate and timely documentation for every shift Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times Additional Requirements Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow care plans, agency policies, and supervision Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check, TB screening, and onboarding requirements Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist clients as required Ability to safely perform hands-on caregiving tasks throughout the shift

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour
