36 hours per week (opportunity for 48+ hours based on facility needs) Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment . This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care , assisting residents with daily living activities, and ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety . Key Responsibilities Resident Care Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including: Bathing Dressing Grooming Toileting Feeding Support mobility and transfers Patient Monitoring Observe and report changes in resident condition Communicate effectively with nursing staff and care teams Care Coordination Follow individualized care plans Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care Documentation Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided Adhere to facility policies and compliance standards Required Qualifications Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required) Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in: Long-Term Care (LTC) Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) Additional Details 36 hours/week guaranteed Opportunity to work 48+ hours/week based on facility needs Supportive team environment focused on quality care and patient well-being For more details reach at vgill@navitassols.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1203 .
