Key Responsibilities As a Resident Assistant - CNA/CMA, you will: Foster independence and dignity among residents. Provide direct care for daily activities, including nutrition, hygiene, and maintaining clean living spaces. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and restorative nursing tasks. Promote a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all residents. Shifts Available Part Time and Full Time - Days, PMs, and NOC Qualifications ND CNA and CMA certifications are required. Experience in long-term care or assisted living settings is preferred but not mandatory.
