Day Shift Job Summary A compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is needed to support residents in a long-term care (LTC) setting. This role focuses on providing direct patient care and assisting with daily living activities while ensuring residents' comfort, dignity, and safety. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff Provide mobility assistance and reposition residents as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to deliver quality care Accurately document patient care activities in a timely manner Required Qualifications Active CNA certification in North Dakota (or compact eligibility) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Core Skills & Competencies Patient-centered care and compassion Attention to detail and observation skills Effective communication and teamwork Time management and multitasking Ability to ensure resident safety and comfort For more details reach at vgill@navitassols.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1203 .
