You will assist in medication administration, implement care plans, monitor resident health, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents on a daily basis. Assignment Shift:
6:00am- 2:30pm 2:00pm-10:30pm Requirements for
Certified Nursing Assistant:
Active North Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant 1-2+ Year Experience in Long Term Care Setting Responsibilities for Certified Nursing Assistant Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and proper techniques Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, while promoting resident independence and dignity. Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
